Cannot install utilities tools (no replies)

hello,

I wanted to install Mysql Utilities for easy failover issues cos most of tutorials talk about this, but it fails to install

once I tried installing the deb file

cannot access /usr/share/pyshared/mysql: No such file or directory...

I already installed python 2.7 connectors
I use Ubuntu 14.04
