Tables Backup from MySQL master server (no replies)

Hi Guys,

I have Single Master Multi Slave Replication, Wherein in Slaves some tables of few databases or not in sync with master.

Let me know what is safest process to take backup of those tables without affecting production Master database.

Note: All required tables are of innodb engine
