Replicating on certain tables within a database? (1 reply)

I know this has asked been before but I'm wondering if there are any updates.
Is it possible to only replicate certain tables within a database between 2 servers?
basically both mysql servers would have the same database names setup with matching tables. But I only want to replicate just a certain table only .

is this possible without using third party utilities?
if not, what is the best utility to use for this purpose?
