Database Replication or Synchronization (1 reply)

I have 5 machines having MySQL installed on all of them. All machines are in same home netwrok. Database on all machines needs to be updatable and also all machines need to reflect the same database.
Can this be done using Database replication? How?
Is there any other way of doing this?
