Hello,
1.
I have setup an replication between two windows servers.
Suppose at any time the power fails and both the windows servers are abruptly stopped at the same time. (assume soma updation was going on MyISAM type table)
Now if I boot the master server and try to recover the table data and assume that it also fails.
My doubt is the condition of the slave server will be same or it will be different. If same, then how to protect this type of scenario.
2.
I have setup file replication between two windows servers. The folder which I am replicating is MySQL data folder.
Is it the safe way to take backup, if power fails i.e. both the windows server stopped abruptly at the same time.
Kindly enlight me on above two doubts.
With Regards,
Suvendu
