replication delay as 0 which is incorrect where as only sometimes we are getting actual delay in number of seconds (1 reply)

Hi Team,

We have configured master slave replication and my master server is MYSQL 5.5 and slave server is 5.6. My replication is working fine but most of the time we are getting replication delay as 0 which is incorrect where as only sometimes we are getting actual delay in number of seconds. Kindly refer to attached slave status for your reference.
