first time setting up replication different Innodb settings error (no replies)

Hi I am trying to set replication on 2 windows machines using the utility mysqlreplicate I get the error message Innodb differ between master and slave. I have no idea the issue is version's running

The Master is mysql 5.6.27-log the slave is mysql 5.6.22-log

i have differences in

innodb_buffer_pool_size
innodb_log_group_home_dir
innodb_thread_sleep_delay
